Shipping policy

Please carefully review our shipping policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

• All items are made to order, please allow up to 7 business days for your items to ship after ordering.
  
  

• Standard shipping fees are $6.00 - $15.00 for purchases under $75. Anything over $75 will receive free shipping.
  

• When an order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

• Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer, please ensure the address is inputed correctly before submitting. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address or an invalid address. Orders shipped to the wrong address or marked as undeliverable will not be replaced or refunded.

• Packages that have been returned will be sent a verification email. Failure to respond within 48 hours will result in an order cancellation. Order will be refunded to original form of payment minus 5% restocking fee and fees accrued for shipping. If you wish to have the package reshipped, you will be invoiced for new shipping charges.
  
  

• Once an order has left our hands, we are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control, as well as any misplaced, lost, or stolen packages during the time of transit.
