Refund policy
Thank you for your purchase! We hope you love your item(s). However, if for any reason you would like to return your items, you can do so for store credit within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. We do not offer refunds at this time.
Gift cards, sale items, and custom/personal items are not eligible for return for store credit.
RETURN REQUEST WINDOW

All requests for a return for store credit must be submitted and approved within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

Any items shipped back to us without first requesting and receiving approval will not be accepted. The customer will be responsible for arranging and paying the shipping costs to have the items returned to them.
RETURN SHIPPING

Once your return for store credit is approved, a shipping label will be sent to the email address on file. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees and the amount will be deducted from the store credit being issued.

The approved items must be shipped back within 7 calendar days of the label being sent.

If the items are shipped back after this 7-day period, they will not be accepted, and the customer will be responsible for arranging and paying the shipping costs to have the items returned to them.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
All items being returned for store credit must adhere to the following conditions:

Must be new, unused, and unworn.

Must have all original tags still attached.

If items are received back and are visibly worn, washed, or have the scent of perfumes or smoke, they will be deemed unacceptable. In this case, they will not be accepted for store credit, and the customer must arrange to have the items shipped back to them, or they will be donated after 7 days. Items that are donated will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.
STORE CREDIT ISSUANCE

Once the returned item is inspected and accepted, store credit will be processed.

The customer will receive an email containing a unique code for the original amount of the item(s), minus any original AND return shipping fees and taxes. This code can be used on www.ShopRebelsAndRoses.com.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your items are received damaged, defective, or you were sent the wrong size by mistake, please contact us at rebelsandrosesco@gmail.com as soon as possible.

You must report damaged or defective items within 7 calendar days of delivery to receive a replacement.

If we are contacted after this 7-day period, a replacement will not be given, and the issue will fall under the standard store credit policy rules.
